Help me find a way to be pain free!!!

I have been to my medical and urologist doctor about my bladder pain. They all have told me to watch what I eat that might be causing my pain. My medical doctor didn't do much besides checked my urine and sent it off to culture it. I saw a urologist doctor last Tuesday and he wasnt much of an doctor it seem like. I have interstitial cystitis but the urologist doctor didn't give me any medication for my bladder pain. All he said was to watch what I eat and to go buy prelief. Although he did tell me I had a little bit blood in my urine but I have no urinary tract infection. I also had an c section on July 14th 2017 if that has anything to do with bladder pain or in that area. I dont know what to do...any opinions?
