I’m 7w4d and my OB referred me to this class for people who have been diagnosed with diabetes. I’m assuming that means I failed my second glucose test since the only call I got from my OB office was to sign up for that class. I’m wondering what the heck is it. It’s held at the hospital and is 2 hours long. Is it just an informational class to teach us how to diet or something? Has anyone else had to do this. Not sure if it’s just something that’s offered in my area so figured I’d just ask to see if anyone has had to go to one. I can’t find any details about the class on the hospital website so just trying to figure out what to expect 😂
