Could I have already ovulated and just missed the testing time?

My OPKs only have lines at night for some reason? I also have PCOS but I started my first round of clomid this cycle. I took clomid cycle days 3-7 and was told to bd days 12-14-16 but my period was 16 days. I called the OBGYN and they said ask long as I was spotting and not bleeding a ton I could still bd which we did but I still wanted to try the opks
