Does anyone else get way super emotional right before they start their period like seriously start crying out of no where then be happy 5 minutes later

Yup. It's always different. 
One time it was I was SO convinced that I was ugly and disgusting and a horrible person that I had to die, and I woke up the next day fine, and started my period... and I was like, oh, that's why I got so crazy... 
Im not the body insecurity type either, it was so weird to feel ugly, everybody says I'm pretty, but it appears I don't believe them when hormones get me upset about anything in the line of sight.
Other times, I cry and have no clue what about right before my period.
Or I'll have sad-angry-happy cycles all day, lol.
