Who has to use Ultra tampons once in awhile?

Most of the time I use super or super plus but once in a while I need to break out my heating pad and buy different tampons and cramps are no joke. They wake me out of my sleep.

I use the supers and just change it more often. At night I wear a nighttime pad. My periods have been very heavy since I had my IUD out about 3&1/2 years ago. And got worse after my son was born. As I’m sure they will this time too. I know why you like tampons. But maybe try a super pad on those days instead. The higher up the size of the tampon the more risk of getting TSS. At least I think that’s how my GYN put it.

I have heavy periods but instead of buying all the tampons, I just change it like once an hour or less. 😥 Thank goodness my iud stopped my periods

Meeeee🙋🏻‍♀️ no joke my period was so heavy last month I soaked through a super plus tampon in 2 hours. This wasn’t doable when i was working so I thought I’d try ultra tampons and again I soaked through one of those in 3 hours.

The tampons are probably the reason your cramps are so bad. I stopped wearing tampons years ago because I realized they were making my cramps considerably worse. Now I wear pads 90% of the time and wayyyyy less cramps.

I have the same issue. But at night I used always infinity pads because they absorb soooo much. Yes, I prefer tampons, but it’s easier than waking up to a mess or waking every hour to change it.
