Today CD 56, i have irregular cycle,from 4 to 5 months I m having 37 or 38 days cycle.now this month is too weird no cramps no symtoms till the expected periods date.later appetite increased,urge to go washroom.that was it no cramps no af showed up.

Today mng I tested got bfn,after 4hours light spotting started when I go washroom only I see spotting.what can it be.is it a start of periods or early pregnancy spotting.my bbt stayed high like 36.6.today i had very less sleep and got 36.3 at 4a.m later after getting up from bed got 36.5 and had creamy cm till today.please help me out
