Spotting 8 days before period

I have pcos but i have periods like clockwork thank god so im now 7 days early and last night at 8 days to af i had spotting ive had heartburn and huge killer zits on my face and back now the zits and heartburn was a sign somethings up but now with this spotting thats now gone im freaking out any ideas i cant be having a super early period i have no pain as to af ? So confused
