Pelvic Health Therapist
FTM here, I heard about ladies seeing a pelvic health therapist in preparation for childbirth from a prenatal fitness class I go to. Have any of you seen one pre-birth?? Or just postpartum?
Trying to decide if I should get myself into some regular appointments before the big day!
