Insanely sore boobs, and extreme exhaustion

Light cramps (I was used to strong ones), but I tested as I couldn't wait anymore haha
It was the second month trying to conceive and I was impatient.

I had no symptoms whatsoever. My period was 16 days late & I went to urgent care thinking something was wrong, they tested me & it was negative. I had a gut feeling I was pregnant so I went about my business for the next week. I then had a dream that my little sister was reading me pregnancy test results & told me I was pregnant. So I woke up & took a test & bam those lines came up before 3 minutes were even up 💙👶🏼 Baby boy is due January 29th

Nausea... I put it off as I had only just gotten off the implant and the sickness bug was doing the rounds at work. 2 weeks later and I was still constantly nauseous and throwing up at the smell of milk 🤢
Still didn't put 2 and 2 together till I went to a & e with a kidney infection and they tested me there and did a blood test.

No af symptoms. Light nausea, wanting to sleep all day, wanting to eat everything, lots of cm, and heartburn.
