Alright, so legally I'm still married. We have been seperated and not living together since the end of February.

Weve both moved on. Both are in relationships, except I'm expecting a baby in June.

My question is, if the divorce isn't final before then ( we have 2 children involved so its taken a while already ) will my new child have to take his last name? Or can the new baby take my bf's last name?
