Cramps ??

So i found out i was pregnant yesterday and i work out to be 4 weeks (very early i no ) but yesterday and today ive had non stop cramping like im about to have my period , now i no thats cramping is normal but is it normal to cramp constantly for 2 days straight ?? Any welcome suggestions to ease which is safe for the baby ?? Thanks in advance 💕🤰🤰🤞🤞

I found out that I'm pregnant last week and it has felt like I'm going to get my period every time I go to the bathroom. My mom had the same thing for both of her pregnancies. She told me to expect that feeling for about the first month. No worries as long as there is no blood! 🐥

For me I literally felt like I was about to get my period 200%. Back pain and everything. It continued for about a week and a half almost 2 weeks so don’t worry! It’s only bad when you feel severe cramping accompanied with blood.
