Foils over Balayage
I recently died my hair a balayage blonde and it didn’t turn out as nice as I was hoping for because the color is a bit yellow and yes I have used toner for a couple weeks. I’m re dying my hair today and I was wondering can you get foils over an already died balayage or will it turn out stupid?
