Blocked tubes.

Dear mums, mums to be and doctors in the house. I kindly need your help. 3 months ago I underwent a hsg test and it turned out my tubes were blocked. Yesterday I went back to hospital and a medicine was introduced to my uterus and the pain I felt on both left and right pelvic was so intense...did that mean my tubes were unblocked coz the doctor said that if I felt that pain on both sides it was a good sign. Note this time no imaging was taken.kindly help on that. Thank you all.
