What do Braxton Hicks feel like???

Can anyone explain the feeling??? I’m 30 weeks first pregnancy and can never identify what this feeling I get is wondering if it could be Braxton Hicks or poop cramps

For me my belly gets hard, and tight. Sometimes it feels like it takes my breath away from me. But only last about 20/30 seconds.

I never felt Braxton Hicks my first pregnancy it’s just like a tightening really.. doesn’t hurt much at all.

My belly gets super hard and you can feel it tightening as it is. Some hurt my back and cause me to breathe deeper, nothing painful just uncomfortable. Last for a minute or so than go away, come and go when I'm actively doing something.

It's like a weird tightening. With our first, I could physically feel my belly getting hard as a rock, for a couple of seconds. 
Now with our second, I feel this weird tightening feeling, & I lose my breath for a couple of seconds, but can't see it.. which has me very confused lol.

It’s a tightening of the uterus, usually your stomach will make a funny shape or look like a cone on one side and be rock hard. There usually isn’t any period like cramping sensation involved.

To me, it feels like my belly tightens and gets hard. Sometimes one side even sticks out a bit. Usually not too uncomfortable or painful but I'll get an occasional one that's intense enough to feel like intense menstrual cramps.
