Sharp chest pains

Im scared my dr says im fine its probly gas but literally i get he sharpest pain under or near my heart everyday! Sometimes it hurts so bad i have to hold my breath because if i breathe or move it will hurt even more.. I literally hope this is gas but the same spot everyday!? Something isnt right ... any suggestions on what it could be? Btw google says im dying so i stopped researching 💀🤦🏽‍♀️
