What are some of the best foods to be eating when ttc? Me and my husband are both starting our healthy journey tomorrow and we need ideas!

Just eat as healthy as u can. Drink raspberry leaf tea; that’s good for regulating hormones. Stay away from processed carbs ( I know, so sad😩).

Just eat well and have fun... You could try soms aphrodisiacs.. like raw oysters and stuff 🤷
