I am 31w+5 and have GD. Our baby is measuring at 5lbs and I was told I would be induced at 38 weeks.

Is it inappropriate for me to ask for a specific date? Or to avoid a specific date?

I will be 38 weeks on December 30th. I would like to be induced on the 28th which is a Friday rather than the 30th which is a Sunday because of my SO's days off and because it would be easier for my mom and sisters to come out for support.

Would that be an unreasonable request?
