I waited 2 and a half weeks to finally get into my new counselor. She is great! When I go to make my next appointment the Receptionist says shes completely booked for the next 3 weeks. She gave me appointments the 1st 2 weeks in December and when I tried to make it for the following week the Receptionist said "let's wait to see if she has a different plan." I already have to wait another 3 weeks so when I'm there in 3 weeks she will be booked into January. How is this fixing anything?
