How does he love me?

Question

I would do anything for my S/o. They are my best friend and I love them more than I can explain. 
The other day we were getting out of the shower and I just looked at us in the mirror and the thought just hit me ”how can he love me? How can he love this person?” 
I haven't been able to stop think about it. Has anyone else felt that way?

I think that daily. Not so.much "how" but more so, why.

Answer

All day, every day. And it won’t go away. If effects everything I do and I constantly ask him why he loves me and how he could ever love this body.
He just says the same BS every time and then his lack of authenticity makes me feel worse and so the cycle begins again. 
It’s a daily struggle.
