Is it just me or is the first trimester horrible? I just feel like death all the time..please tell me your experiences? I feel so alone and miserable. I’m 8weeks 3days

From week 6 - week 17 i was absolutely miserable, sick, depressed and felt so alone. There is light at the end of the tunnel and it DOES get better! Hang in there mama!

It’s god awful. I’m so looking forward to my second trimester.  I don’t want to sound ungrateful Bc I’m SO grateful for this rainbow baby. But yes I feel you girlfriend! I’ve been extremely depressed. Lonely. Unmotivated. Sick. Tired. Nauseous.

I haven't had too many symptoms yet at 8 weeks. I have had off and on nausea and morning sickness and just extremely tired all the time. To the point where my house looks terrible lol because I'm too tired to do anything. But the thing that sucks the most about the first trimester for me isnt the symptoms. Those I can live with. It's this constant anxiety and worry that something bad could happen and just hoping and praying everything is still okay. I get an ultrasound and see them and think okay yes everything is good; then within the next two days I'm panicking all over again. Going through ivf and having a previous mc has really prevented me from just enjoying my pregnancy like I feel like I should be doing.

8+2 days and been having a little cramping nausea today is the first time in a week I didnt vomit.. it's so bad I cant even hold down water.. I just want to sleep until my 2nd trimester.

I think out of 40 weeks only 10 of them aren’t horrible. Lol. The struggle you’re feeling now will get better though.

It will get better, hopefully! But yes the first weeks from around 6weeks til 12ish weeks most feel sick etc.

I’m with you! We planned this baby and got pregnant first time but I didn’t realise how difficult it would be. I suffer from multiple health issues anyway and when I hit 5 weeks BAM projectile vomiting and diarrhoea upto 12+ times a day ended up in hospital I felt like I had the flu and was dying. Today I am 8w1d and the diarrhea and sickness has slowly subsided and been replaced by extreme exhaustion and stomach cramps ... it’s so hard hiding it from all of my family and I’m sure they know! They keep talking about babies and my dad knows we are trying ... I hate lying to them ! Hang in there xxx

I'm there with you! I'm 9 wks 3 days and I just hate all food, smells, tastes... Everything. I get these wicked overwhelming feelings of fatigue and then I'll have insomnia. It's just a constant uncomfortable feeling that I can't really explain. I tried for two years to get pregnant and feel awful complaining but I am definitely hoping after 12 weeks to at least enjoy the food before I throw it up!! We'll get through it!

It’s the worst. I’ve puked four times today already and can’t even keep water down. 😷 My back hurts from heaving so much and I just want someone to knock me unconscious 😩
