Waiting still for my first PP period

I am 10 weeks PP and yesterday I woke up with the worst cramps I swore I was going to start and literally nothing at all. I have been cramping for 2 weeks in sure I'm not pregnant I have taken a million tests all negative. I am not breastfeeding. Im hoping it comes soon so I can take my birth control. How long did it take you to get yours back?
