So I’m 1 dpo according to glow and I’m having some spotting, it’s dark red/brownish and just when I wipe (enough for a panty liner). Also having cramps. I had a little bit of very watery light brown discharge all through fertile window too, which isn’t super normal for me.

Any ideas what this could be? I used preseed for this first time this month, but doubt that has anything to do with it. I’m really hoping to get a BFP this month!
