4 Year TTC

I’m really at a loss for what to do next in my TTC journey. My husband and I have been trying to conceive for four years. We’ve been stuck in this limbo of not being able to do fertility treatments due to us living in Japan. We’re moving to California in April and I want to gain some advice on what we should do next. Maybe some of you have the same issues. I have PCOS and my husband has low sperm count. I’m not sure what we could do from here. I’ll be 27 this year and I really want a child soon.

Any advice is appreciated.
