I need hemorrhoid help!!

I'm 38 weeks pregnant and I just discovered a rather large painful hemorrhoid.. it must have happened yesterday at some point but wasnt this painful till this morning. I can hardly touch my butt or sit.

What can I buy or request? Any home remedies to get of this thing.. if I still have it by the time I go into labor will it be worse pain? I'm spazzing.. its hurting!
