Can anyone help me ?

I feel defeated I don’t know what else to do . My 1 month old doesn’t have a prefect latch and I feel like my milk production is the worst .. at a sitting I can barely pump 2oz . That’s one pumping session a day and the rest of the day I feel dry .. does anyone have any advice or someone that kinda went through the same thing and had something that worked ?!

Does the baby make a clicking sound when nursing at all? Are your nipples bleeding or any other signs that show bad latch ?

Definitely see a lactation consultant. A bad latch can affect your supply.

Find out if they have a La Leche League meeting near you! They are free and very helpful for breastfeeding questions with anything you are struggling with like milk supply and latches. 
My baby is about 7 weeks now and sometime I pump 1oz sometimes I pump 5oz. I found pumping more often tend to help get my supply up. Even if you don't get much milk out you are still signaling your body that you need to start making more. I fed my baby from one side then I pump the other side.
I think oatmeal, flaxseed and Brewers yeast are supposed to help with milk production. Although I ended up getting massive headaches when I ate a little bit of the Brewers yeast so I have up on that before I could find out if that helped or not.

Can you see a lactation consultant? What you pump isn’t reflective of what you make but you can try supplement etc to try to increase your supply. Is your baby gaining weight?
