I just had to post this cause I’ve been terrified to have sex ever since my hubby and I tried at 7 weeks PP😳😩It hurt SO bad. I got the “all clear” at 6 weeks, but I DEFINITELY was not ready then. I had a second degree tear, and wasn’t doing any kind of kegels or exercise really before 8 weeks. I finally felt well enough to go back to the gym regularly around 12 weeks PP, and I’ve been stretching and doing kegels since the 6 weeks appt. we JUST had sex for the first time today at 15 weeks PP, and it felt great!!👌🏻It wasn’t painful or scary at all. So any ladies who are scared and a little paranoid about it like I was, I just wanted to let you know it got better for me letting it fully heal. And omg did we BOTH need that😂
