Not painful but it was definitely heavier.

Mine wasn’t painful but it was terribly heavy. I just had my third cycle and it’s back to normal.

Haven't had one after this babe yet, but after my first I had it at 11M pp and it was worse than labor. I nearly passed out passing a clot half the size of my palm plus all the blood.

I haven't had mine yet! I am having a "phantom period" which basically boils down to I have the symptoms of a period without the bleeding. It's weird!
