How do you tell if you ovulate?
I’ve used opk’s and they say I do and the lines will be faint or dark but after a year of trying to conceive I’m a little discouraged.. I know the opk’s don’t actually test ovulation but however the lh surge so I am just concerned if I’m actually ovulating or not.. period every 28-30 days 1-2 days tops.. any advice is greatly appreciated! Thanks
