Small victory tonight on the BF front! My daughter actually latched on without the use of the nipple shield... and STAYED latched on for a full feed. Hopefully this is a sign that we can get rid of it soon!

While the shield has been a great tool and allowed my inpatient child to actually get milk, it’s definitely tiring getting it put on, keeping it clean, etc. I’m excited to know she can latch without it. It’s just going to take some patience on both our parts lol. Picture just for show 🤗
