I'm new to this app and I just wanted to ask for advice in planning my first pregnancy. Can you ladies offer me advice on pre-pregnacy goals. Anything that comes to mind, including things touching on vitamins, exams, nutrition. Anything you wish you would've done to prepare better? My hubby is worried about the cost of delivery/ childcare. How do y'all make childcare work? It seems like it's equivalent to the cost of rent.
