Would you say these names differently based on spelling?

I’m going back and forth with the spelling of my daughter’s middle name. 
Liliana or Lilianna
Would you pronounce them differently with one N or two?
How would you assume they’re each pronounced?

I would pronounce then both Lily-ah-na

Both are Lily-Ah-Na in my mind. It would take a hyphen or a space to get me to think Lily-Anna

One N Lily-ah-na, two NN’s Lily-Anna. Don’t think it’s a big deal though, easy correction and that’s just the way my brain would read it lol I like two NN’s better and your preferred pronunciation ah-na
