Implantation bleeding or period?

On November 9th i ovulated And had unprotected sex. Two days ago I noticed faint bleeding that was pink but then yesterday I had brown and deep red bleeding that was spotting and today I’m not bleeding but I still have faint cramping. Could this be implantation bleeding? My periods have never been light and they’ve also never lasted a day or two. If it is implantation bleeding when should I test?
