Thoughts ???

I lost a big chunk of my mucus plug at 4:30 am then I started having contractions then they died down.. lost some more around 8 had some more contractions then they stopped. I seen a little bit more at 11:52 but I didn’t have any contractions that time. I had a couple of mild cramping throughout the day. Around 7 I finished eating and felt like I had to vomit. 9:00 I used the bathroom and I saw some light pink blood with no discharge on my tissue. Then 20 minutes later I peed again it was a cranberry red color.. so I put a pad on & it wasn’t that much on that pad. I went to the hospital and they sent me home. Said it was fine. Probably was just my bloody show or from my last cervical exam.. I’m a first time mom. do you think labor is close or I still have a while to go?
