Hey guys, I'm 30 weeks pregnant today and I've been having this very painful pressure in my vagina, not necessarily inside my vagina but it feels like the top of my vagina just underneath my tummy. Maybe you can say my pelvis area. I'm not sure how to describe it. But whenever I stand up or try to turn in bed it's very painful. It started out as just pressure but it is now full blown pain. I walk weird because of it. This is my first pregnancy so I'm not sure what it could mean or if it's normal. I have a doctor appointment on December 4th. But should I call my doctor about it right away? Thanks ladies.

Also I have been told that I have no complications thus far.
