Thanksgiving is a gluttonous and extremely problematic holiday. If America starts to treat their indigenous people with the respect and  care that they deserve maybe it would be something to celebrate but until then, no way will I celebrate.

I’ve always had to work on thanksgiving; since I was 14 years old. So I never got to celebrate it. This is my first year not having to work and of course my family goes out of town and my daughter is with my ex husband so I get to “celebrate” by having some much needed alone time & relaxation before my second baby is born in January!
