3 weeks postpartum and working out ๐๐ป
Iโm not trying to brag, but started working out this week (3 weeks postpartum c section). It feels so amazing to get a little workout in again!! ๐๐
Iโm mainly doing leg and butt work outs since I donโt want to overdue it, but the energy I feel afterwards is incredible!! Iโm going to try to start running next week if this continues to go well!! Yay!!
