Lifestyle changes— recipe tips please?!
It’s time for a lifestyle change. I’ve been avoiding the scale for some time but I recently did take a look and was not happy with the outcome. I’m blessed with curves galore but that also means a stomach I hate and flabby arms. I’m over it. To top it off I’ve recently begun a new relationship and my man is quite fit... he really loves every inch of me but I can’t help but feel a little inadequate when we’re getting intimate.
I have my workout all in place but I would love to add to my healthy recipes, specifically veggie filled goodness!
Ladies— what helped you lose that belly flab? Any tips or suggestions would be appreciated!
