My boyfriend hurt me

This has happened before yes I’m stupid for staying he choked me just for a second like he grabbed something my throat & it made my throat hurt it feels like i literally have a sore throat. I’m 16 weeks pregnant I’m worry is my baby ok is he or she still alive . It happened an hour ago I’m sitting here worried as hell crying .. i can’t just go to the hospital he didn’t like choke choke me he just grabbed my throat really hard so hard it made me have a sore throat cause he can’t trust me at all when he’s drunk.
