Can this cause a yeast infection??

So yesterday I was on the toilet and realized there was no more toilet paper I called everyone’s name in the house to bring toilet paper it was all done so my brother handed me bounty paper. I had no choice I had class like 20 mins later so I couldn’t hop in the shower I had to go! So I wiped with it gently because bounty paper is def rougher then toilet paper. Ever since my vagina not inside the hole but the outer part has been irritated a little bit of burning when I touch it but I don’t feel anything when I pee. I also get those symptoms when I get a yeast infection. I had a lot of dried discharge in my panties but that was my fertile week so I didn’t pay it any mind. No smell , no itch etc. I put some equate cream on the outside and accidentally inside the hole but the cream is for “external use”. Idk if this is just irritation or a yeast infection??
