Still panicking

My boyfriend flipped me on to my stomach and humped my butt and came in his underwear in the middle of my butt near my crack on the right cheek. I panicked, wiped off around of what I could feel. I'm late by three days but my period is usually not super regular anyways. The past two months it's been close but now it hasn't happened yet. Am I just too stressed or could it be something more?
