Friends or more?

So my best friend and I are both lesbians. Attached at the hip. Do everything together. But we have never even hugged cuz I don’t like being very close to people and touching. Last night we went out together every time someone talk to me she have put a hand on my leg, or something to make sure I knew she was there. Then we went to bed and she had be touching me all night and practically cuddling which we never have done. Do I take it us there’s more or we just became closer in a way?!
