How much milk?

My baby is 15 weeks and takes 6oz of formula with each feeding now.. I haven't counted yet how many bottles she takes but I need to.. How much does your baby eat at one time? Wanna make sure I'm doing okay

My son will be 3 months the 29th and he’s been eating 6 ounces now for about a week. He weighs 16 pounds.

I try to feed my daughter every 3 hours during the day but sometime it's closer together and because of that... she drinks all over the place. 
I want to start putting her on a schedule but she also eats cereal and stage 1 baby food. It's so confusing

5 bottles of 180cc and 6 spoons of formula. 1 spoon per 30cc. The first bottle is around 8am and the last around 23pm.
