My songs cheeks . Thoughts? My thoughts are they are dry from the weather . I’ve been applying vasaline . Doesn’t seem to help

My 2.5 yr old son had that last winter. For him it was winter related eczema. Aveeno baby eczema care really helped and it went away. I would try that

Are you breastfeeding? My son has a dairy allergy and this is one of his symptoms so I have gone dairy free

Eczema?  Is it dry feeling and does he try to itch it?  Try some eczema lotion if so....my son had it really bad when he was a baby.

Try exederm lotion (buy buy baby) and coconut oil. Oh and use a humidifier too

Possible teething rash? My son has dry skin and I put coconut oil on it
