Earliest signs?

So I just found out I'm pregnant. When is the earliest you got symptoms

3 and a half weeks and I was soooo constipated and that's what prompted me to test. By 4 weeks I was super tired and started feeling queasy if I didn't eat. 5 weeks today and I still have all that plus sore boobs and I pee a lot more now.

I found out around 4 weeks. Within a week I had sore breasts and extreme fatigue. Those have pretty much been my only symptoms though. I’m almost 12 weeks now.
