Not teething? My daughtwr has dry skin and we she teethes her skin on her cheeks goes bright red, quite warm to touch and bumpy from her skin being dry

Might be eczema. My oldest daughter has this on her cheeks. We've got a hydrocortisone prescription from her pediatrician and use Aveeno Eczema cream

It looks like either heat rash or eczema. Try aveeno baby eczema I use it for my baby and it’s great. The nighttime balm is the best!

My daughter gets this too on random occasions. I'm not sure what it is either, but I'm leaning toward eczema. Her dad has eczema, so I'm thinking she got that from him.
