Bumpy Rash? PLEASE HELP ‼️‼️

My daughter has been having this weird bumpy rash for almost a week and a half now. I don’t know what caused it I r how to get rid of it. She got on a new medicine a few weeks ago but she’s been off of that for nearly a week now. I also changed her wipes but have since went back to her original brand. I’ve tried applying Vaseline and Desitin with nothing helping. I’ve also been a lot more on top of diapers changes still with no success (if anything it seems to be getting worse) so after a few days of the Vaseline and Desitin I stopped using them too. I’m very concerned and I’m no sure how else to treat it or if I could be something else maybe? PLEASE HELP !
