Pregnancy?

I’ve also posted this on the Birth Control group, I really just need some answers and/or reassurance. I’ve been on the Larin Fe pill for 3 months now. Me and my boyfriend had sex without a condom yesterday. I also was two-three hours late taking my pill two days ago and left the house on Wednesday forgetting my pill and I took it late in the day once I got back home. My boyfriend and me make sure that he pulls out before he finishes although today when I was going to the bathroom I was wiping and it had blood on it. Could this be breakthrough bleeding or signs or pregnancy?
