Worried

This may sound gross but I just ate and had to go #2 well I’m 19 weeks pregnant and I’ve been experiencing cramps in my lower abdomen. Just a few mins ago it was in my left ovary. I don’t know what’s going on but I felt a sharp pain in my vagina area I don’t hold my pee or shit. But it just hurt after using the bathroom. Anyone know what it could be?
