If you would in the medical field please take a moment to read this post and give me some advice for my father in law 🙌👌

So my father in law is diabetic and it has cause infections in his toes so they removed the big toe and it took months to heal properly and during that time the toe next to it became infected so they removed it . It still hasn’t healed properly and now the next toe is black and necrotic , it literally looks like it could fall off at any second . He goes to the doctors and a general surgeon every 2-3 days and they also says hes fine and just send him home with antibiotics he’s currently on 3 different ones which has cause him to become resistant but they still keep giving it to him . We are worried that he is gonna lose the leg or die due to the doctors not doing anything they dont even refer him to doctors and specialist in a bigger city he doesn’t qualify for anything health insurance so he’s on charity through the country hospital. I hate sitting here with my husband watching his dad slowly deteriorate , we live in Hendry County Florida if that helps . Any advice appreciated 🙌

Update: this is what his foot looks like my mother in law just sent it to me , I talked to them on the phone and told him what everyone said and he agreed to go with me and his wife to the county hospital with him we are gonna have another doctor look at it and we are gonna get them to help me apply for health insurance for him🙌
