3 kids under 2....how do you do it!?

Ladies I have a 1 year and just found out I'm having twins! My oldest will be 2 when these babies are born. Any suggestions on how to juggle 3 kids at these ages??

I didn’t have twins but my son turned 2 before my daughter was born. Letting my 2 yr old be interactive and hands on with the baby really helped him to feel included and also allowed me to keep an eye on him. Use the nap times of the babies to have a one on one with your toddler. And I found a swing to be very helpful to be able to put baby down and soothe them while I took care of my toddler or got a load of laundry done. Also, having easy activities or toys for your toddler available so you can be with the babies helps.

I have 9 kids and preg w my 10. The babies are 1, 2, 3, 4 and so on. I’m a Mombie honestly.  First few years are hard then it’s a breeze. Unless you keep going like me 🙃

My son was 2 when my b/g twins were born. Hardest thing I've done in my life for sure. I guess just let things go, dont dwell on stuff...its pure survival for the first 2 years or so. When they all 3 need you at the same time go in order of importance and just keep moving...easier said then done. Wake them both to eat everytime so  you can get some sleep. Change diapers at the same time...USE THE SAME SPOON WHEN FEEDING THEM SOLIDS...lol...I tried 2 spoons and it's a joke...couldn't get it in their mouths fast enough and they are all gonna swap germs anyway!!! I really wanted to breast feed the twins but the girl wouldn't cooperate so in the end i quit breastfeeding both of them...looking back i should have kept going with the boy but everything was so overwhelming...if i could go back i would try to relax more and know they aren't gonna die and I'm doing the best i can. Def agree to use the twins nap time to spend with the 2 year old. I would have him lay with me and nap so we could cuddle...i still have guilt because the twins needed more attention for a long time. Now my kids are 5 and twins 3...things have def got better in the last 6-8 months. AND IM PREGNANT!!! 8 weeks and hoping for a singleton..will find out friday!!
